Weigh your choices carefully before deciding where to buy
The computer came with a severely corrupted operating system, including the install files. It took several days to resolve the issue dealing with Dell customer support. The first three techs thought I had a hardware issue, but when they finally could not find anything wrong with the hardware they told me they could not help anymore unless I paid for software support. I just started over with a clean install from Microsoft and so far things seem to be okay. The listing says it comes with a 2-Year Warranty by Techno Intelligence & Free Tech Support, however support refers you to Dell support. Be sure to read the terms of sale and the return policy of the seller under "About Seller". I did not read them carefully before placing the order. If I had bought the computer directly from Dell I would have just returned it and got another one. I felt the return policy of the seller was too difficult to deal with so I spent several days trying to get the system to work.
