Who knows?
I am not sure if these help or not. My dodgy knee is improving which may be due to boswellia or the physio or glucosamine. Anyway, something is working.

Check the side effects and drug interactions
I started taking these and was very unwell, no appetite, feeling sick and weight loss. They also interfered with my heart medication causing my heart rate to elevate. I stopped them after 2 weeks and a week later was back to normal. Can I just say that I take a few herbal remedies and have never had any adverse effects. Please read about the interactions before using these.I'm so glad I realised what was causing these side effects. I actually ended up in hospital before I realised what was happening to me.Needless to say the boswellia was binned!
