Serves its purpose well
This product is really nice. Didn't even know it had a serge protector on it. Also really like that the outlet on the end is placed away from the other outlets so if you plug something with a big block into it. It won't block any of the other outlets. And the plug you put in the wall is nice it has a texture on the back of it for grip and the wire does not point straight down so you can plug it at the top outlet of your wall without blocking another outlet. It has a really good design for it's price

Decent value, but indicator is dim and power rating is lower than most
This power strip is a decent value, but, as others have mentioned, the indicator light is hard to see unless you look directly down into it. According to the instructions, that blue light indicates the surge protection is functional. That is important because a surge can blow out the protection circuit but leave the power flow on. Some nicer strips have separate "power is on" and "protection is active" indicators.The other thing to note is that this strip is only rated for 10A, not 15A. I knew that when I purchased it, and it is fine for my computer setup, but not suitable for something like a microwave oven. Unpacking it one will note the light gauge of the power cord compared to 15A strips. This is not necessarily a bad thing if it meets your needs.

Best power strip I've found
Flat diagonal plug is much more usable than "straight out" ones. Cable is a good length and flexible. USB ports are nice for Roku/Chromecast type devices and surge protection seals the deal.
