Q: Are these low compression? I need to hold a couple areas in like thighs and bum.

They are not compression, but they do help hold in my tummy. Plus they are super comfy. I love the material.

Q: I’m typically a size 16, should I get 02-12 or 12-24, I don’t want them to be to big?

I disagree with these responses. I’m a 14/16 and these fit ok in the legs but I worry the waist will fall down. It’s not as tight as I would like, especially since I use them for yoga. Even though they are high waisted, I think they will roll down and show my belly. Trying them out tonight. So we will see. These run big IMO.

The leggings are fabulous I love them I'm 5 ft 6 and they fit me perfectly where I want. So with you being much shorter I do know that they can be pulled up or folded up to your liking
