Pretty alright! They seem tight enough, but not as tight as I would like. I ordered the medium per the recommendation on the page, but they run a bit loose. I recommend ordering smaller than you think!Other than that, they seem to help with mild to moderate wrist pain with activities such as planks, yoga, push ups, etc. I would not recommend for mod to severe pain, I don't they they are supportive enough.

very comfortable fit

I have small wrists but thought I would wear the medium according the size chart. I ended up needing a small like I figured, even though the chart reads I should get M. I like the way the small fits and makes my workout more comfortable.

Hi,Actually there isn't anything that I don't like about my copper products.I have the gloves that I wear every night for severe arthritis in my hands,they are very helpful for me toget through the day. Have recently bought the wrist guards for help in healing and supporting both broken wrists.Very satisfied with them and will be looking for more products that can help me get through the day.Thank You very much,HazelM. Not only does it help my carpel tunnel, I am able to get my hands wet without having to remove any of the other supports I have tried. I have already recommended these to a friend.

Very comfortable. I forget I’m wearing them. They give me the support I need. I injured both my wrists & thumbs joints. It helps with the pain. I don’t if there’s any copper or if it even helps but I do recommend these. And they are well-made.

Not sure I’m a believer in the magical properties of copper, but these wrist girdles do a good job adding needed support to wrists suffering from mild tendonitis.
