Chair broke two weeks after arriving and seller requests to send it back. I cannot find a box big enough to return the chair. And seller wants me to tear open the chair to send photos of broken parts. The sanitation department will not take the chair and I don’t have a pickup truck to dump it at the sanitation department..

I bought this chair because I’m having surgery. My old recliner no longer was comfortable and was over 20 years old. I assembled by my self and it’s perfect for my 5’1 self. I could see this chair being to small for a tall person. The chair is easy for me to put down from the reclining position.

We bought 2. The chairs were so easy to assemble. All we had to do was slide the back on. The chairs are great for my back as they are firm. They also came several days before the expected delivery date!

I am having shoulder surgery soon and I heard that recliners are very good for sleeping on. Took one look at this recliner and knew this was perfect for me. The storage pockets and cup holders cinch it for me. Know I will have a good nights sleep when I need it. I'm 5' 6" and fits perfectly. Would not recommend for taller people as part of your legs hang over the foot rest.

My chair arrived on time, it was very easy to assemble, and it's extremely comfortable. This is my first time buying furniture through Amazon and I wasn't disappointed!

Chairs alright for two weeks then it doesn’t want to recline properly. Before I buy I check to see where it’s coming from No where on this does it say it’s made in China but now I know it is cause the email back had there symbols on it and they want to offer me 50% back and keep chair .. really how about 100% back cause now I got to buy a new one.

Entire chair broke within two weeks. The whole metal frame completely bent underneath and the cable snapped. So now, the recliner does not recline at all. I contacted support and they offered a YouTube video to DIY fix a chair that I just bought brand new. Stay away, they will not do anything to assist you as the people who work for the company do not understand my emails in English and that is the only contact method.

Getting the chair out of a reclined position is extremely difficult. My husband has to turn the chair on it’s side and force it shut. It feels like you are going to break it when doing so. I’m so disappointed. My husband was so excited for his new chair. The company did give us a refund after several emails and much persuasion on my part.
