I have irregular periods and when I go to the doctor they always want to put me on birth control pills. I have PCOS and use vitex to regulate my cycles. Usually it works great. I ran out of the brand I was taking so tried this and my cycles stopped right away. They were great on the other brand so I'll be going back to that.

I took these faithfully, but they did not work for me.

I have been taking this brand of Vitex for a long time now. When I found they would also help with menopause, I was elated! Because I knew I could handle them.I will take breaks from these - ranging anywhere from every two weeks to a month - to give my system a break and also 'miss' taking them? That when I DO start them back up again (4-7 days later! Just depends on how I feel!!) My system definitely notices a difference.No this did not kill the menomadness. My agitation is and has been through the roof. I can't quite explain it. It just helps (It also has the potential of starting your cycle!!) VERY good price and HUGE bottle. It's best to have a cool dry place to store these capsules (average in size). Do not break these open, swallow hole with a glass of water... can be taken with or without food - up to three times a day. I feel these have made a difference! (Very good quality - no fillers!)
