It’s a really good support waistband. It’s wearable depending how tight you want in. You’ll be comfortable in it. It’s adorable. You can wash it. I recommend hang dry it.

I've been wearing this on and off for almost 2 weeks now and I love it. Although I wish I was told about this when I had my c-section, either the one 10 yrs ago or the one 14 yrs ago!!! But even 10&14 yrs later after having 2 c-sections, which caused abdominal adhesions and other health issues, this belt is still valuable. It makes my stomach feel better, it helps me use the restroom better and I am super pleased with this product, thank you!!!Oh also, over the last 2 yrs, since my issues have started, I've tried over 6 different types of belts and none of them helped, the only one that helped a little bit was a pelvic stabilizing belt but it wasn't wide enough to cover my hips and the lower part of my stomach, it is only 6 inches wide. With this belt, it is AWESOME to have technically 3 options to make it as comfortable as possible and to do what works best for the body.I would highly recommend wearing it as suggested, right after surgery, so that the issues I am suffering from don't happen to you!!! Wear up to a year or even two AND NO MATTER what pain pills they give you, that make you feel like you're back to "normal" DON'T DO ANYTHING for at least the first 2 weeks!!! And don't take the pills ANY LONGER then 1 week and even at 1 week, your brain can still become dependent pretty fast. Anyways, point being, wear the belt, don't lift anything (expect your baby if you had a c-sec) heavier then a milk jug, so NO DOING LAUNDRY, picking up toddlers, etc and so forth! Ask for help or let it wait at least 2 to 4 weeks.

Win going to give this four stars because it’s fantastic material, super easy to use and gives you the directions on when to use each of the parts. My problem is when I would put it on and sit down it would all roll at the waist. It is probably user error

I buy after my girls born and used for a few days. The product is okay, but the material could be softer and more comfortable. It does provide decent support as described, but not the best fit for everyone. Not for me!

My wife has use it and liked it. But there is an inconvenience: it too complicated and time consuming to secure. When unboxing it’s quite complex and elaborate to wrap around the waist. However it effective and comfortable, breathable.
